Who we are
Afuera (viveafuera.com) helps you discover and reserve hikes in Bogotá's Cerros Orientales using EAAB's official reservation system. Afuera is not affiliated with EAAB.
What we collect
To create a reservation we collect, per participant: name, document type and number, emergency contact, and optionally your insurance/EPS name; plus an email for the confirmation.
We also store your language preference on your device.
How we use it
This data is sent directly to EAAB to create your reservation. It is transit-only: we do not store it on our servers or write it to logs. Once forwarded to EAAB, we keep no copy.
EAAB emails you the confirmation with the QR code and cancellation link.
Reviews & analytics
Reviews are shown from Google (read-only). We use anonymous product analytics (no personal data) and error monitoring with personal data scrubbed out; we never send ID numbers or emails to those tools.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except EAAB itself to create the reservation you request. We have no user accounts or profiles.
Your rights (Law 1581)
Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 you may access, correct, and delete your data. Since we don't store your reservation data, requests about a specific reservation should go to EAAB. For questions about this policy, contact us.
